Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Every order is created and made to order, most standard orders will go out within two weeks, often sooner.  Custom or personalized orders may take longer.  If you need something in a rush or for a specific date, contact us prior to ordering so we know what is up and we can let you know if we can have the order to you in time.

 

Returns

Since every order is created and made specially for you upon receiving it, there are no refunds are exchanges accepted.  We want you to be happy with your order, so please take the time to assure the order you place is correct (verify sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, customization, etc.).

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must notify us within 72 hours of your order being marked as delivered.  Go to “Contact Us” and submit your request with your order number and the product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.  You will need the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.
